In LAUSD, acronyms are used to describe many different programs and positions. This is a collaborative work space where we can list and define those acronyms to serve as a reference guide for others.
Please use this format so that all entries look uniform:

ACRONYM (All caps, heading 2 for font format) - Words that it represents (all on the first line - then press enter)

Add the definition for the acronym in this space.

Here's an example:

BTS - Business Tools for Schools

BTS is the new enterprise system that will replace many of the district's outdated and stand-alone business systems with an integrated, enterprise resource planning system.
(If the acronym has a web page associated with it, you may insert the hyperlink by selecting the text of the acronym and clicking on the globe with the link in the toolbar above to add a hyperlink.)

Click the links below or on the left side bar to navigate to the page you will be editing. When you are on the page, click the "Edit This Page" button on the upper left. When you are finished, click the "Save" button. Thanks for contributing.
